A very simple technique.
1. Sit comfortably.
2. Close your eyes.
3. Take a deep breath.
4. Focus on the centre of forehead.
5. Imagine a hole opening there.
6. Initially it will be a bigger one, make efforts to decrease its size.
7. Imagine, breath is coming in through this hole and hitting the centre of of brain.
8. In fact it is”Pran” entering and touching the pineal gland.
9. Repeat this for as long as possible.

Oye, we have been meditating for the last 180 seconds with the highest purity of intent and super degree of fidelity.

This is all about meditation that we need to learn and practice.

The longer we are in this state, more positive energy enters us….
