I believe that with meditation, the important thing is not to create expectations of personal gain. Do not feed the desires of our ego.
Simply just sit quietly and contemplate our breath. When we visited by thoughts, just watch and let him go. We do not grab, do not judge or create links with this thought. Just got back focus the subtle sensation of air moving in and out through our nostrils.
Thoughts can always visit us, but we will always watch them.
